Shipping Times: We strive to ship within 24-48 but at times this period may be longer due to holidays or our supplier at wholesale events.
Deluxe Pillows Shipping Method: Deluxe Pillows uses mainly Fedex or UPS to ship our products. We ship "Residential Ground Shipping" unless other arrangements have been made by phone or email. Most of our products will be shipped from California, although a few items will be shipped from the Eastern USA.
Free Freight: From time to time Deluxe Pillows may have a “free shipping” promotion on certain pillows. Free shipping will usually have a minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping applies only to standard ground shipping services. Standard shipping does not include express delivery charges such as overnight shipping or Saturday delivery. Orders processed without shipping will be charged actual shipping expenses in the event of a return, and these shipping charges are not subject to return credit. Free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous* US only.
Undisclosed Shortages: In cases where you have received the proper amount of cartons from the carrier but discover errors or shortages in unpacking, notify us immediately. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
